Could you feel it in you? Was it uncomfortable?
@Abigail It’s an adjustment, especially with learning how to position it the way you are comfortable with and what will hold but once you get that sorted out, you can hardly notice it in. In comparison to tampons, they are 10x more comfortable.
@Ashley I’ve tried them once a few years ago and only had it in for 5 minutes it scared me so bad because I was afraid it would get stuck that I fainted and my husband had to help me take it out but it’s been 2 years and I definitely want to try again because tampons aren’t safe
@Ashley which period underwear do you recommend?
@Jackie I love the Saalt comfort briefs. They are very easy to clean, extremely comfortable and have never had a leak.
@Ashley where do you find those? I used to love a pair I got off Amazon and I ended up purchasing more of the same exact ones and they must have changed something because I keep bleeding through them!
@Abigail You can shop them through their website but Target also has some brands you could try.
I have used them! I could only feel it if I didn’t quite have it in right.
Hi Abigail! I’ve used flex disks before and I loved them. I had an IUD for years so I didn’t have a period again until 2020 and I immediately started using these as they are a more eco-friendly option as well as safe for the body. I’ve since upgraded to using period underwear and a menstrual cup. I hope this is helpful and I’d say give them a try and see if you like them!
