My quick fix is some form of water-a shower, chugging 8 oz, soaking your feet in almost boiling temps, an ice pack to the face, sucking on crushed ice.

If you can do a little workout or go on a jog that always helps me. Or I like to put headphones on and listen to one of my fav podcasts and kinda rage clean the house 😅 by the end I feel good because the podcast lightened my mood and also I am so much less stressed when in a clean environment. Then eat a little treat to reward yourself lol your brain will be releasing endorphins from feeling accomplished and happy I promise it will help at least a little!

Thank y’all because I was truly pissed and just hurt. I took a shower, combusted some flower, put my phone on DND and made reservations. Still in a crummy mood kinda but much less likely to cry lol.

It depends what feelings u have but for me I dissociate from my feelings and. Purely focus on the task that’s needed idk if it’s healthy but it helps me
