I use an app called MPT instead of hormonal bc
@Eryn oooo the app estimate when u r ovulating? How does is work? I’m planing on also getting rid of it too the pain is bad 😢
Yes you enter your first day of period and mark each period day. After a couple months it knows when you are ovulating based on your history. It’s only $4.99 a month. Another option that Is consider a fancier upgrade if you’d like to explore that is the Oura Ring, it does temperature based ovulation tracking on top of you tracking your period. It will say “based on your temperature we predict your period will start in the next 2 days” and it is spooky correct. If you are pretty regular these are great options.
@Eryn thanks im take a look into it and I’ll ask hubby to buy the ring lol 🤣 his fault im always in pain…..similar to the Apple Watch that checks your temperature and logs in your periods as well but I hear the Oura ring in more accurate 😊
Yes and the Oura only has to get charged like once every 5 days which is so nice
@Eryn ooooo that’s great
All birth control is going to make your body feel bad because it’s disrupting your hormones.. it’s not as easy but the natural way of tracking ovulation is going to be a much safer route for your body in the long run💕
Had it. Got horrible acne and spotting for like 6 months. Got rid of it. Haven’t done birth control for like…. 6 years
