Do you have a children's centre locally they will do free classes. Otherwise check at your local library and churches often run groups too

If it helps, children centres have different names across the country. They’re currently being developed into “family hubs” so would be worth searching for that too in your area 🙂
Hiya 🙋🏻♀️ Ealing mum here. Depending on where you are there are loads of groups at the children’s centres in Ealing, our local one is the grange but you can search on the Ealing families directory for one closer to you? There is also Ealing 135 group that you can join as they do memberships and groups. Alternatively there are other groups in church halls etc across the borough which I’ve found out about through other mums. If you’ve got a peanut group for your local area you could potentially post in there? I’ve also found on our local Facebook group Ealing & Northfields friends there’s often baby class recommendations
