Moro reflex - when does it end?
My LO cannot sleep without being swaddled and now is showing early signs that she’s learning to roll such as turning to her side. I tried to change to a sleep bag but she always kicking her legs and waving her arms and wakes herself up like she startles herself.
When does it end? Anyone with the same experience? I’m trying to get her to sleep in her cot without being swaddled - seems like the only way she can sleep in it. She’s swaddled arms down her side but can’t keep them down when she’s sleeping without the swaddle.

How old is she ? Google says it disappears between 3-6 months of age , ive seen people on tiktok with babies who do it manage to get them to settle with their arms out of the sack by keeping your hand lightly on their chest / tummy when you first put baby down until they startle then you can slowly remove your hand or there are the swaddles where they can keep their arms up but still in the sack if you get what i mean
