Period pains
Hey I’m 12 weeks and my first scan is on Tuesday. I’m having really painful period cramps for the last couple of weeks which people keep saying it’s the baby growing but it’s really bothering me. Did anyone ever have this around this time?

I’ve had period like cramps this week (week 12), had my scan today and all is good! I’ve read a lot of people experience cramps around now xx

That’s good to know. Thank you ❤️ It just felt like a really strong period pain. Probably more than a period pain but it’s had me super worried 😢 my first pregnancy so everything is worrying me xx
