Does anyone have any suggestions about work out videos or youtube pages focused on workouts / fitness routines that you can do at home to lose weight?
I'm trying to lose my baby weight but am to shy to go to the gym. I prefer fitness workouts that aren't yoga but if your suggestion is a yoga page that's fine. Was hoping to find some good workout videos on YouTube or anything free preferably. I did insanity years ago so maybe something similar to that. Any suggestions are appreciated.
