Yeah I still eat prawns and tuna just in moderation and make sure it’s not raw or uncooked since that’s where the problem is, but I’ve been eating prawns and baby’s perfectly healthy 😁

I'm eating seafood. I'm sticking to the NHS guidelines and they don't say anything about shellfish (unless I've missed it?), only about avoiding smoked fish that's not cooked with heat and limiting fish with high mercury content.
I ate prawns throughout my first pregnancy & this one. Also love a chow mein, as does my almost 2 year old now - he steals my prawns!! 🍤
I still eat seafood, prawns, as long as they are cooked properly and are not smoked fish or large predatory fish.
