I used to do CrossFit 4/5 days a week but to be honest started feeling uncomfortable around 20 weeks - I’m doing a few spin classes a week at a local gym, a swim and a Pilates class so trying to keep it varied and really enjoying it (although Pilates gets harder by the week due to bump!) I’m under no illusion that I’ll probably feel too heavy to continue at some point but just trying to keep moving xxx
Pilates 👌
Aerobics, yoga, and the odd home workout with YouTube x
I still do weights. I have a PT twice a weeks as there are some exercises you can’t do
Hey👋 I have trained 4/5x a week for the past 3 years consistently andhave wanted to continue training throughout my pregnancy (each to their own). I have substituted obvious/main core exercises and taken away anything that feels uncomfortable or possibly dangerous etc swapped my 100kg bar hip thrusts for a 12kg dumbell weight instead etc lowered my weights MASSIVELY, swapped my 5x training sessions for 2 or 3 weekly if i feel up to it and longer breaks in between sets as right now it's not about how much I can lift but more for the mental aspect for me 🥰 swimming is defo amazing! Keep doing what your doing and daily steps is a massive bonus that's mainly my focus also if I don't feel up to weight training as long as I hit my 10k steps I feel great! Go us lol 💪xx
