You can still make a lot of things with the slow cooker such as Soups, stews, curries, pulled meats for tacos, rolls, nachos etc etc Also in oven you can still make stuff like pizzas, sausage casseroles, beef bourguignon, pasta bakes etc
And if your concern is like not being able to cook rice/pasta etc for the next while since hob is broken just stick to the cheap like £1 or less microwaved rice for now they are still good and you can get some ready made pasta that don't need boiling in water/pasta bake can be cooked in oven with the sauce etc and just stick to other things.
Any slow cooker recommendations that I can buy 💛
Hey lovely, have you got a slow cooker? Loads of great recipes on bbc good food for slow cookers or I’m thinking casseroles? You can steam veg in the microwave or roast veg in the oven. You can do jacket potatoes? Oooh tray bakes as well, there’s an amazing Nigella Lawson tray bake, I’ll link it now. It’s one of my firm favourites, I make it all the time - the chicken and pea one 🤤 You can chop all the ingredients for fajitas and then oven bake them, it’s lovely like that, the chicken is so tender! Could also do toad in the hole? https://www.nigella.com/recipes/chicken-and-pea-traybake
