Gyms with a women's area?
Hey! I'm looking for a gym within Nottingham with a women's area, does anyone know of any?
I really want to get into doing more than just the treadmill but I don't feel comfortable, I used to go to virgin but their memberships are unaffordable for me now unfortunately x

I know JD gyms in Radford used to have an upstairs section for women only. I haven’t been in years but worth checking out
JD Gyms Nottingham are a good shout (was my usual gym pre pregnancy and the staff and people there are ultra friendly and non-judgy, so I didn’t end up using the women’s only section in the end) ☺️
Formula one gym in town has a women only floor

Clifford’s does but it is in long Eaton so unsure how far that is from you x

Hellooo I was just about to suggest virgin but saw the rest of your message, you may know this but if you get vitality life insurance and I think probably other companies too you can get a good discount on membership. Not sure of any other gyms with women’s areas but would love to find out too! X
