I agree with nicole. You shouldnt need a drs note to prove anything. You are the parent so you know your child better than they do. If she does use latex and she gets a reaction you can take them to court as you have told them shes allergic
Okay I will try to find another place tomorrow, and i will talk to the administration about it in the meantime. I won't let her stay there for more than an hour per day
Frankly, I couldn't sleep all night, I might not even take her to spend one hour ! Even if I risk to lose s place in the cpe 😥
I agree with everyone here, trust your mom gut and take her somewhere else because these people sound horrible. And that lady should not be caring for children to begin with. See if you can go somewhere else because this is unacceptable.
I would definitely not bring her back there. Hope you find her a nicer place with nicer staff 🙏
I am really thankful to you ladies , you empowered me . Today, I had a huge fight with my husband because I refused to take her, but I am standing my ground. Thank you so much I really needed canadian people to tell me what to do , I know no one here and this app has been a blessing 💖 I won't take her back for sure ! Thank you mamas
Take her out of there. If the workers are unable to work with you and understand your needs (mom knows best), then she shouldn’t be there.

@Cathy what cpe??I lI've been here all life and I don't know? I hope the baby never ever every goes back to this place... we hear about terrible stories and things they do neglect babies and kids in USA.. how they so horrible here in Canada?!especially our laws are by far more careful for childcare. I heard montreal side not good though... some shady laws and ppl prefer you speak French and bias if your different
@Aliyah yeah i heard quebec has a law where you have to speak french. And that theres places that wont even serve you if you dont speak french

I didn't take her back,I stood my ground, now we go to another place, CPE la fontaine, been going there for 2 weeks , I stay with her almost the entire time and leave her just for 20 minutes,she cries and I go straight back I will take it gradually I will not let her suffer, they play with kids , hug them ,sing to them ,do activities with them . Thank you ladies for helping,for making me stronger For making me stand my ground for my daughter

@Monique but the dad probably does speak.. I'm sure laws only applies to 1 parent. Even in here Ontario. They picky some places. Need 1 parent to speak fluent French for French public school
Good for you, what a despicable place the other daycare was. You should write a review, or post it here also because infirm other ppl that are not brave and they have concern but they go along and don't want bother but the mother or parents feel something is wrong Make a new email even and post review on Google. Just awful.... awful pood babies. Imagine what they do to others. They don't care because they been there too long or they tired of their job or they become heartless to it and used to it. Happy she better and you all good!
You need to remove her from that place and find another one asap.
