Contraception

What do you all recommend for contraception? I was on the injection on and off for 13 years I had no bleeding no periods nothing. Now have 2 kids 4 years and 5 months. I went on the mini pill 10 weeks pp (same time as 1st period) I blead for 10 weeks 😡 i stopped for 10 days and now bleeding again! It’s driving me insane any advice tips positive story’s. Iv had no side affects apart from the bleeding. No weight gain, moods have been normal. Help 💕

Do you plan on having anymore? If not the marina coil could be a good option.

I went back on the mini pill when my first was about 8 weeks, I bled every other week until I stopped taking it 6 months later. I decided to have the mirena coil fitted, I absolutely loved it for the first 18 months. No bleeding or side effects, which was great. After 18 months I started getting constant pain from it, I eventually got it removed 2 years after having it fitted and went back on the mini pill. I loved the mini pill this time round, no side effects at all, no bleeding at all, nothing. I was on it for nearly 2 years before coming off last month to try for baby number 2. It appears I've fallen pregnant very quickly, so be careful if you do swap contraception in case there's a week settling period with the new contraception
