It really just depends. My baby is allergic to eggs, so I stay away from that. However, today she had quinoa with mashed cannellini beans and avocado mixed with cream cheese. I’ve also given her rice, mashed black beans beans, broccoli and chicken. Most savory things I eat, she can too…just a low sodium version (I give her different spices, though).
Things like salmon and tuna avocado paste on toast could be an idea too, I try to do more fat, veg and protein heavy cause apparently they do not process starch very well yet, but I do give him some starchy food too. I often use frozen veg is always good I find to prep ahead and have in fridge. Then I’ve been told to finish off with some VIT c to help with iron absorption, so I give him tangerines, strawberries and blueberries mostly!
