Depression medication
Currently on Sertraline . can anyone recommend an effective alternative antidepressant which doesn’t completely rob you of a sex drive :( ?

Venlafaxine worked better for me but there is risk for hemorrhaging and baby having withdrawal issues if you are pregnant while taking it. Especially risky 3rd trimester and postpartum.
@Emily a lower dose isn't too bad. I was on it with my first. But like you said because I had an increased dose by the time I've had my second, I had to change to Sertraline. The withdrawal when changing over meds wasn't fun :( I was fine when I went from sertraline to venlefaxine though.
I think the newer medications have fewer side effects and don't cause weight gain.
