Back pain

Hi girlies! Is anyone else experiencing terrible back pain? My lower back is killing me, I’m trying to do Pilates and stretches at home, but nothing is helping at the moment. Any tips?

I’ve just started having lower back pain. I’m convinced it’s because of sleeping on my side and the extra weight as baby is getting bigger. Do you sleep with any extra pillows/pregnancy pillow, maybe that would help?

I'm suffering too, sometimes it actually feels like my spine is going to snap, as dramatic as that sounds🤣 having the posture of a quaver doesn't help🤣 but I sleep with a hot water bottle against my back every night otherwise the pain keeps me awake. Worth a try!

@Zahra I do sleep with a huge pregnancy pillow but I’m finding that sleeping with it between my legs, lifting one leg on top of it is causing me hip pain as well 😭

Yes! Since I turned 22 weeks the back pain has been real! I’m 26 now and baby’s just turning heavier and heavier 😅. I’m sleeping a lot better and coping with the back pain when I started doing these; I do yoga at home the ones you can find in YouTube every other night/day. I also sleep with pregnancy pillows but finding the ‘right spot’ was the key for me making sure I have support at my front, my back as well as my legs (not being completely on my side) whilst making sure I do swap either sides throughout the night also helped. Throughout the day or at work I really pay attention to my posture and stretch out every now and then, making sure I’m not stuck on one position for longer than 2 hours. Standing for prolonged amount of time takes a toll on my back so if I do I move around and stretch it out in between. Hope it helps for you!! ♥️
