I don’t have a husband with bipolar but I, myself have bipolar. With myself a lot of things can set off an episode and how I deal is having my partner listen to me and reassure that he loves me and cares. I have to talk about what is bothering me. Go out for a walk or a distraction. Changing my thought process
@Taylor I definitely understand there’s alot going on in his mind and it is very hard for my husband to talk his feelings out So he his a lot of episodes and it even makes it hard for him to keep a job
Trying to figure out if there is anything I can to help him cause it hurts me to see him that way @Taylor
yes best way is to stop talking or just be busy until they get normal. just don’t entertain them give them space
Exercise is a great way to help with bi polar
I have bi polar , I was on Latuda , it works well but has a few side effects like weight gain I workout everyday now I feel like it balances my mind.
Thank you for advice @MrsB

By natural do you mean without medication? Does he realize he has a problem?
