Misscarriage bleeding

Hi ladies, I just had a miscarriage I’ve been bleeding for the past week and half with bleeding not too heavy not too light. Today I expelled everything with really heavy bleeding and extreme painful cramping almost like contractions that comes in waves. Is this normal? I know everyone goes through it differently but at what point should I contact A&E??
