@Favi He's already saying he's putting in court applications to be able to see her more (whether he will or not idk) So I'm not really sure what steps I can take legally x
I would try for a protection order. I had a friend in a similar situation and she got a protection order. That meant if he wanted to see his kid he had to set up a meeting at the cps office and pay a $65 fee per visit because someone had to supervise him. He decided to keep his money and not visit and that definitely didn't make him look good... I know each situation varies, but it's worth looking into.
