@S. annalese I would follow your YouTube for this
Couscous is our national dish. I think it's easy to make, but it does take a few hours to be ready. We steam the couscous and it gets served with sauce/stew poured over top. The sauce can take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on if you cook it in a pot, pressure cooker, or in the oven, and what kind of meat you want to use. Steaming the couscous takes about 40 minutes. I can definitely write out my personal recipe for you here if you want, but I know not everyone wants to be cooking for more than an hour.
@Zainab🗝️ I don’t
@S. annalese oh ok I can get together some simple meals with instructions for you from a couple different countries.
So one of my families favorite simple quick and yummy meals we do is called "chicken in a basket" and you can add other things to it if desired (sometimes I do and sometimes I don't) but all you really need is 2 chicken breasts, a single 8oz box of cream cheese and a can of cressant rolls. You then dice, season and grill the chicken breast. Drain most of the juices from the pan once it's cooked through. Add the whole box of cream cheese to the chicken and stir until it's melted in and distributed well. (Here is where you add any extras such as cooked bacon, veggies etc). Then you open the cressant rolls and at the seem between each two you pinch them together to make a rectangle and lay them out on a pan. Spoon equal portions of the chicken mix into each dough rectangle and fold the corners in to hold it together in a "basket" . Bake at 375° for 10min and done! Everyone loves it, even my picky toddler! I found the recipe in TN 😊
