@Markeiysha I’ll just never understand how someone can create something so beautiful literally a piece of themselves and they just choose to not love them or take care of them..
I know I don’t understand it either it’s very upsetting
He will be sad his father is not around but he you can be that mother figure and father figure for him and he will see that and appreciate you stayed and you’re there for him. Your love is enough for the both parents!!! Be happy you get to give all your love to him
Just know it has nothing to do with us or our babies and whether or not we are lovable enough. Where someone cannot step-up for their OWN blood, they cannot step up for themselves, love themselves, they carry that shame. The shame of knowing they’re not good enough to make the decision to be present in their child’s life. Whether it seems like they do or not they do, and they internalize it. Even if that person is narcissistic and seems like they got it all they just don’t care… TRUST me something doesn’t add up in the head. These types of people are troubled. It is their inadequacy, not yours, and it shouldn’t be your burden to carry momma. The truth is hard and it’ll be hard to give, but we can love these children better than any man. I know these times are tough, I’ve lived it. Am still living it, but trust good is around the corner.
I know how you feel I think about that every day, that one day I have to be the one to break my son’s heart on why his father doesn’t want to be around .
