PP Bleeding after C Section

I had my second C Section on the 13th December 2023. I have between 2-3 periods a month and have done since my daughter was born. I’ve had blood tests which come back everything is fine except I’m now anaemic due to it, I’ve had STI and STD checks done which have came back all negative and I’ve had scans done which the first scan was when I was 1 week PP and loosing large clots as big as a fresh egg 🤦‍♀️ turns out I still had some placenta stuck inside me which did eventually pass on Christmas Day. My second scan I had done was to check for infection on the inside which turned out fine. I had my Smear done and that was all fine. My question is, has anyone else experienced this ? If so, did your body eventually go back to normal ? Not on contraception

Have you had your progesterone levels checked? I had my daughter via c section last October, everything was normal until about 6 months ago where I started spotting at least 5 days to 1 week before my period started. My doctors were absolutely useless! I ended up going to see a private gyno in the end who said my progesterone was low. I also had low b12 and iron levels which I was having injections and tablets for. I was given tablets which helped, I’ve had normal periods since! X

Currently going through this. I am 6 weeks pp and had a scan yesterday and found out that there is potentially something left. I have until Thursday for things to improve otherwise I am going to have to have surgery which is not great. I have been passing huge clots and I have been ignored by doctors. I ended up ringing 111 on Sunday due to the amount I was bleeding and even the gynaecologist always shocked at how much I am bleeding (she did an internal examination)

I had the same thing and had my c section in August last year! Recently had another scan that’s shown my right ovary is stuck to my uterus and been diagnosed with endometriosis waiting to hear about the next steps x
