Where my hand is i am experiencing pain, everything I do it hurts, from standing to sitting.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes definitely speak to triage - this is one of the signs they ask you to watch out for
I was getting pains in the same place. It wasn’t super painful more like uncomfortable, it felt like the baby was pushing really hard against that one place. I found hands and knees/ bent forwards eased it the most for me but definitely check with triage.
I’ve been getting this pain for weeks now too! I rang triage and they told me that it would most likely be ligament pain 😔

I get all my braxton hicks being up in that area as well as all the kicks. But right lower rib pain can also be one of the symptoms of pre-eclampsia so may be worth seeing if you have any of the other symptoms and ringing triage if you're worried
