Amazing!! Any tips?🥰
I literally had a bath and massage my left boob got 0.1 out then went to right got another 0.6 out so then went back to left boob and filled to 1ml I sort of used the C finger massage technique around the ovula xx
I am so new to this that had to research what this means! Does it hurt?
No not at all just a nice boob massage x
Well done
This is amazing! I’m also 36+4 but haven’t had a single drop yet 😩
Well done!
@Sarah it will come xx
@Sarah I wouldn't worry. Not everyone does , the placenta releasing from the body triggers the reflex to produce milk. Also baby is much MUCH more effective at getting out any milk then us hand expressing 🥰🥰
@Alana yeah I’m sure 🥰 I know all the theory coz I’m a breastfeeding support worker too 🤣 but having never actually done it myself I just really hoped I’d be an early producer to reassure myself a bit 😂😂😂x
So good! I’d maybe fill it a tiny bit less and then draw back all the way on the syringe as when you freeze it it can expand xx
I’m a new mum and I’m wondering do I use a pump after I massage the boob or does it just come out !!?
@Elle midwife said to me if you pump most of it will get lost as you only produce a small amount, I seem to be getting 1ml a day at the moment, I massage, then squeeze with my fingers in a c shape about an inch from the nipple and it trickles out, then I just syringe it up, takes me about half an hour to get a ml- I could probably get a bit more I’m just leaving it at that for now xx
That’s amazing! Well done 😊
