First Miscarriage

Hi, first ever miscarriage at 36. TTC for 6 years with a UU and PCOS. Never been pregnant. Fell pregnant with IVF 2nd transfer, first one failed. Started bleeding last Sunday 3rd Nov at 6wks, then passed tissue on Saturday 9th after 10hrs of horrendous painful cramps. How long will I be bleeding? This is all new to me, I feel so defeated.
