It's just to talk about the kind of jobs you are looking for and for you to agree to the commitments aka will look for work and once you find a job you will notify UC. They will also ask if you want them to send you job offers that they have found based on your interests

I already have a job I'm just below the threshold but I have a 1 year old, currently working 15 hours as I reduced my hours, will be going back to my original 25 hours contracted in April

Usually it's an overview of any changes and how they are to be reported. Everyone has them if it's a new claim or you update something. It's basically their version of a contract for eligibility xxx

Nothing to worry about then. It's probably just to double check on your hours and things to make sure you aren't claiming for earnings you don't deserve etc

This is what google says: "You will have a meeting to discuss your claimant commitment, usually at the jobcentre. In this meeting you'll discuss your circumstances and talk about anything that could make it hard for you to do what's in your commitment. For example, if you have a mental health condition, or if you care for someone."
