Self refer to perinatal mental health team they're amazing. Balance meditation app i found useful and yoga. Hope you feel better soon hun

@Samina thank you

Speaking to someone about it helped.

@Sab I have tried but it did not help me

Taking meds really helped me. It took some time to find the right ones and it took a while for them to work but they do help so much. Hope you feel better soon. x

@iennah sorry to hear that. Perhaps you can explore options with a medical profession. Hope things get better.

@Amy I tried doing the meds and I was not thinking straight

Sorry to hear that - know you aren’t alone. Reach out to your primary care Dr or child’s pediatrician and try talk therapy. It can be helpful to get things off your chest and learn tools to cope. Hang in there!

I feel the same my baby is six months

I tried meds and counseling and the antidepressant meds made me hallucinate so I stopped them and the counseling didn’t even help me much. Only thing that helps me is baths with Dr teals melatonin sleep soak, watching my favorite show on Netflix, my favorite lotion, getting myself Starbucks, napping, decorating, and candles
