Bluebell birth centre?

Hello! Just found out that I am 4 weeks pregnant and I’m considering giving birth in the Bluebell birth centre, does anyone have any good or bad birth stories there? I’ve generally not heard good things about North Manchester general but I’m wondering if people’s experiences are the same for the birth centre within the hospital. I last gave birth at wythenshawe and loved it there so just wondering how it measures up.

I birthed at north Manchester, and I was absolutely worried about it, I heard nothing but bad reviews it was my first child and I was 19 at the time, but they were lovely, I was induced in the end, got handed over to a lovely lady called Zoe who was brilliant if it wasnt for her I don't know how I would have coped🙈Couldn't fault her at all and did everything she could for me! All the staff on labour ward were lovely, helped you do anything you wanted them to do

Hi I gave birth at north 7 months ago, the care up until my emergency c-section was fantastic…unfortunately the aftercare and 7days I ended up in hospital was the opposite, I appreciate the nhs are very understaffed but it wasn’t the best for us. I hope you have a smooth delivery and can go to the comfort of your own home❤️

Great experience with Bluebell - and that was at the peak of Covid
