Teething?

My 4 month old has become increasingly fussy. Hands in mouth etc Usually takes 6-7oz every 3/4 hours. Now struggling to get 4oz down. I’ve read that this can happen due to teething but just seeing if any other babies are going through this before I start panicking. TIA X

Our LO is 15 weeks and I feel like we are going through the same. He no longer finishes his 6oz bottles and usually he is really good with independent play but today we can’t seem to put him down without him getting fussy. He also keeps rubbing his face, loads of dribble, and putting his fingers into his gums. Wonder what other people’s experiences are and whether it could be teething?

Today mine has been screaming screaming screaming, napping a fair after 30 mins of fighting it and only had a quarter of what milk he normal has. 😭 can’t see any teeth coming through but think it may be pre teething so given a dose of baby calpol. Your not on your own ❤️

My LG is teething, she was taking 7oz's and was emptying her bottles, but now she's only have 4-5ozs too. We are using the teething powder, it's amazing. It's very normal, I wouldn't worry at all. Try some teething stuff. She also loves the teething rings that go in the fridge

Yes we are and I can feel the tip of one coming through, teething powders are great 👍 try one x

I was just going to post to ask if anyone else’s baby has dropped how much they are eating. My lb went from 5-6oz down to 2-3 every 3-4 hours.

Definitely sounds like how my LB was when he first started teething, now you wouldn't even notice if it wasn't for the red cheeks, bit of power or gel about 20 mins before a feed will help as sucking on the boob/teet of bottle can cause some pain xx

Sounds like teething to me.
