Have I had a miscarriage?
I’m really unsure whether I’ve had a miscarriage and don’t really have anyone to ask.
I had my coil taken out on 17th oct, I had unprotected sex twice. I had a laparoscopic operation on the 1st of November, even they tested to check for pregnancy which obviously came back negative. I started the pill that you take everyday on the 7th, I would have been due a period on the 10th. I started bleeding 3 days ago (14th) , and today something came out (pictured) and it wasn’t like a blood clot. I took a pregnancy test as usually hormones are still around for a while but test came back negative… but maybe it was still too early? I’m not sure

Unusual clots are not usually a symptom of miscarriages, they're just about your uterine lining shedding in different shaped pieces and can happen randomly in any cycle. If you didn't have a positive pregnancy test then it's unlikely you were ever pregnant. If the hormones were too low to register on a test then a foetus would have been microscopic, so this clot would have just been uterine lining anyway.
