Teething baby

How’s your baby when teething? Mine has been crying hysterically the last couple of nights and seems in pain when I’m breastfeeding him. He’s also got red cheeks, chewing everything, drooling etc. I just want to make sure he’s pain is teeth related and not he’s stomach as he gets very gassy too.

My little girl has also been crying hysterically the last few nights and seems in pain with the same red cheeks, excessive drooling and chomping hands/toys. I froze some breast milk and have a little dummy with holes in for her to chew on too and that seems to offer a little relief. She is also quite gassy but has had no problems doing the toilet so looking at getting some granules or anbesol liquid for her as I definitely think it’s teething. Nothing poking through gums or anything yet but just awful when they sound like they’re in such pain 🥲 x

@Ellie thanks so much, is def teething then. Cant wait for him to be 5 months so he can have the anbesol liquid. The granules and gel does nothing, calpol seems to help a little bit

Oh my little boy is 4 months old and has been the exact same the past couple days, his cheeks are so red 😢 I have been giving him calpol regularly but the poor boy just wants lots and lots of cuddles 😢
