First birthday as a dad - Ideas!

It's my husband's first birthday as a dad in December! He's had a pretty stressful time at work recently. I'd love to do something special for him to make this birthday memorable. He does so much for our family so want to find a way to make him feel loved. I'm having a hard time thinking of things to do with our 7 month old though! Going away is a bit challenging and not necessarily relaxing with all the stuff we'd need to pack. Does anyone have any ideas for days out, activities or gifts that could be good for someone's first birthday as a dad?

There is some nice Dad gifts. I’ve seen they do some nice keyrings the day you become my daddy. Which can also be quite a nice keepsake etc and there’s some lovely birthday cards on Etsy

Lots of ideas on pinterest for hand/foot prints! You could do it on a canvas or a paper and get it framed. The app “free prints” there are many different options for personalised gifts, I have a mug with our pictures from them and it’s lovely. If you are from London, Christmas at Kew Gardens sounds a nice outing for the family

A great day out and indoors so nice and warm could be the aquarium? Our little one loved it soooo much and my husband loved watching him 💙
