Yes I’m taking it and have been since bub was 3 days old,, she’s now 3 weeks
I started taking it when my son was 8 months old and had no issues. He’s now 18 months and we still breastfeed to sleep/through the night x
Hey no but I am taking St John’s wort which works in a similar mechanism just without the side effects and less addictive. It’s been prescribed to me by a medical herbalist in the UK x
took it all through first pregnancy, 2nd pregnancy and also breastfeeding. i was always told the risk of not taking it outweighs the risk of taking it = a happy mama is more important!

I took it all through my pregnancy and I also breastfed for a few weeks too😊
I am! Started taking it when baby was 2 months. I had really bad PPD and medication helped me a lot
