Play date in our place maybe? I have the same problem and I can't drive either so maybe our kids could play together? I have a 3 years old and a 19 months old.
ABC gym tots in Ashton is good as you can take both of them for indoor play it’s quite safe and they have a baby area at one side and the older ones can run round and play and you get a hot drink included.
SKK in newton le willows also does something similar to abc gym tots. Treetops soft play has a good baby area but it is pricey unless they have some offers on for mid week.
There’s a play cafe in Wigan called toasted tots! I take my little boy there and it’s got loads for the kids to play with while you have a brew🥰
