Is there any particular reason why you feel this way? I love my boy so much but there are definitely days that are harder than others!
Postpartum depression made me feel this way for awhile because it stopped me from bonding with my son
I definitely felt like this before honestly you might be going through ppd look for help honestly dont be ashamed you should love your baby maybe you feeling overwhelmed?
This is a clear sign of PD and a sign you are very likely having to do way more than you can cope with and you haven’t been allowed to heal properly from birth. I suggest therapy I always say this but you truly need someone’s support that is trained to help these specific circumstances instead of blaming yourself or questioning your motherhood. Feel free to reach out and message me. Hang in there it does get better
I went through phases like this in the first year. I feel completely different now and love him so much. On reflection I think I probably had some post natal depression. Don’t beat yourself up about it, reach out to family/friend/ Gp if you can.

There are still moments within the day where I hate my daughter. I love her dearly too. I'm under a perinatal mental health team which has helped.
@Lauren im not sure, i think multiple reasons, I didn’t at any point want a baby just yet because i know I just was not ready to sacrifice the things I’ve had to. I’ve done it alone from the start because the situation with her father is so complicated, and he lives on the other side of the country making it additionally complicated🙃. I ended up having to have an emergency section and then got mastitis so it physically hurt so much to even hold her for the first few weeks because I live alone. I’d started a business about a year before getting pregnant and was turning a slight profit but I had to give that up because it’s just physically impossible to work with a baby around. It’s just all been soooo much harder than I ever could have imagined
