Did anyone get pregnant on their first cycle after MMC?
I had a miscarriage a month ago using medication. There was no tissue left after. I started trying again when the bleeding stopped and wondered if anyone got pregnant in the first cycle after?

To add - I was pregnant with twins but miscarried again but I have some autoimmune issues.
