Hey I’ll be doing my FET in Dec just done my zolodex injection today to kick start things. I’ve been doing lots of walking, acupuncture, water, eating mostly healthy. Also been doing lots of full body massages and reflexology to try help relaxation side but will stop these just before transfer

Those all sound really good and healthy, thanks for sharing @Fay ! I usually drink raspberry tea leaf once my period starts to about day 10. Not sure if that makes any difference. Oh yes thanks for the reminder about the promagenate seeds, I'll need to get them too soon! I make a smoothie for that as well. 🙂

I have found being in a positive headspace is the best thing. I was doing acupuncture in the lead up to this one, who told me to eat chicken bone broth and ‘earthy’ foods. And then there’s lots of pre-ivf meditations on YouTube that I listened too. Drinking lots of water too!
