Transition from breast to bottle

Little one is almost 10 months. He is strictly breast-fed. Bottles were introduced in the beginning, but stopped due to complications that we thought the bottles were causing. They were not introduced again, though after the complications were resolved. He will not take a pacifier or a bottle. He just chews on them. However, a bottle is starting to be needed for my sanity (he’s a bitter) and for other reasons. Please help with any possible ways I can get him to take a bottle.

Following because I’m on the same boat😭😭

My baby would never take a bottle. Not once. After about 7 months I gave up and moved on to the training straw cups. He takes to those much better than bottles and now I can leave him with my mom.

@Ruth I’ve tried the training straw cups and he won’t do those either 🥲 he spits out any thing rubbery/silicone/plastic. Pretty much everything except his thumb, the boob, toys and food

@Madison oh no! Good luck, that's the only thing that's worked for my booby baby. A nurse suggested trying just a regular cup but that sounded kind of messy and not doable at this age but if you're desperate maybe give it a go?
