Difficulty with bottle

Hello, my daughter is 3.5 months old and still refuses a bottle of expressed milk. She has never taken a full feed from a bottle. She sometimes flat out refuses, and sometimes chews the bottle instead of sucking. We have tried me being out the house, tried different bottles etc. She has slight tongue tie / high pallete which I think might be part of the problem with the bottle. A few people have said from 6 months she could drink from a sippy cup instead, but I can’t find anything about that online (only that she could have sips of water, not a full feed of milk). I really want her to be able to take a feed from a bottle / other means, as it would give me peace of mind. Does anyone know about sippy cups / have any advice on bottles?

I was advised to try the nuk bottles by my midwife as they are similar to the nipple. My baby is only 4 weeks but we are struggling with feeding and giving top ups. I have read about using a cup when they are 6 months too for milk. I can't remember where I read it though

I tried every kind of bottle I could get my hands on. My baby still won’t take a bottle and she’s 8 months. We did give her the 360° cups and sippy cups and just cups with a straw and she will take water or milk out of that, but exactly its not a full feed it’s just sips and will only drink max 4oz a day. She will now start to take some of a bottle only at bedtime, that’s a start. I do the opposite of what they recommended and give her a bottle before breast

You’ll need to ask a lactation consultant about the bottle shape. But from experience my 8 month old did the same. And I just skipped to the cup. I also know if you’re trying to practice for daycare reason. Babies don’t like dress rehearsals. So after two weeks in daycare, they give up and take a bottle.
