Yeah I’ve been going to a physio. The exercises were doing me good but I had a few weeks off because my baby was in hospital and I didn’t leave her side and now it’s literally hanging out. Like worse than ever. I’m so grossed out by myself. I can feel it when I’m walking 😭
Just gotta keep working out! Incorporate the child, they typically love entertainment like that. Also depends on the degree of the prolapse! If it’s first degree then with right exercises it should heal
Hey Incognito! It's really important to remember that time is a healer! 9 months pp is still so early! I have both bladder and bowel prolapse and I'm now almost 3 years down the line and I'm soooo much better! And I'll be honest.. I don't do my exercises as often as I know I should! I really recommend the perifit device for doing them! It connects to your phone and you play games like flappy bird using your pelvic floor - it's very encouraging! Hang in there though, you've alot of healing to do yet, it won't always feel like this ❤️
Also.. try and figure out when your symptoms are at their worst. For me it was around ovulation and my period that I found the most uncomfortable, the heavy feelinf during period week was awful! I've found the mini pill very helpful as it's stopped my periods completely so it's taken most of my discomfort away!
Are you doing anything about it, like pelvic floor exercises?
