Swimming!

I’ve banged on about this before but wanted to say it again. I’m 32 weeks now and my back has been painful all week, couldn’t even get comfy on the sofa last night but I’ve missed my normal 2 swims I do as I’ve been busy this week with other things. I got out of bed this morning and went for an early swim because I was sick of tossing and turning around and I feel like a totally different person after! It’s really loosened me all out. 🤩

Agree, the weightlessness of the bump in water is just magical. Also great for second time mamas as bonding time with their first born because in the water they're so light 😂😂

@Elly oh I hadn’t even thought of it from that perspective for mums who already have little ones but I bet it’s lovely to give your back a break there too! It’s the only time I don’t feel pregnant and heavy I love it ✨

I suffered badly with my first but this one I’ve been having regular chiropractor sessions and my back is fine this time round x
