Heart burn
Hey just wondering if anyone had heartburn so bad that it caused chest pains and vomitting. I went to get checked last time and my midwife said it was just severe heartburn.. now I’m having the feeling again I took gaviscon hoping it will work but won’t know for about an hour or so… any advice is great… I will be calling the midwife in an hour if it hasn’t helped

Awesome this is the first experience I’ve had my last pregnancy was not this bad lol the gaviscon worked… however this time not so much

@Noelle I haven’t needed to get the heart burn meds yet which I ls great… Tums have been helping a lot more than gaviscon so I’ve been eating them like candy but haven’t had heart burn to the point of chest pain and throwing up 😊

I had this too! Ask them to prescribe omeprazole. It literally changed my life!! I take one a day and it’s made the biggest difference
