What age should my little one stop taking cows milk before bed?
I have no intention off stopping just now as he likes his milk before bed, but curious off when is recommended to stop

I stopped when my little one stopped drinking it and she’s 19m now

I don't think there is any recommendation to stop. My friend's little girl is 7 and still has a mug of milk before bed.
