In my first pregnancy I didn't feel anything until after my 20 week scan, around 21ish weeks. I had an anterior placenta and also didn't really know what I was looking out for!
I felt things early but only because my midwife said something otherwise I would have missed it. I have two friends, one who is currently pregnant and one that gave birth this year. Both didn't feel movement until after the 20 week mark and it wasn't until the baby was properly kicking. So I wouldn't worry and would say it's normal. X
You might have an anterior placenta, ask at your 20 week scan. I have one and find it so hard to feel the flutters but now baby has started to kick (I’m 24 weeks) and I can feel that every day and hiccups, so soon you should be able to feel!
