Anyone else’s 18month old still not say any words I read to my lb I sing songs I say what things are he can follow instructions so he understands what I say but no words anyone else in the same boat ?
I felt the same three or four weeks ago and only this week I have noticed my baby say more words, sometimes I have to listen carefully but he is saying some words now. Just stay consistent, pointing out objects, reading, let baby take the lead is what my speech and language group recommend by letting them point things out and us calling the words out. It will get there in the end after much input.
