A basket of their favorite things is always good to me! I would do some nice pajamas and socks. Maybe her favorite coffee or tea blend if she’s into that. A mug, her favorite candies. An Amazon gift card and a gift card to something she likes to do. The kids making her something sentimental would be cute too.

That depends. How much do you think she deserves? Does she do a well job? Personally, I think somewhere between 300 and 500 would be suitable.
