Holding it together

I love my little girl who is 1, so so so much but sometimes I’m having the feeling of regret? Obviously I wouldn’t change her for the world, she so incredibly perfect. But I’m a solo parent from her birth and am starting to feel overwhelmed to the point I’m crying from just playing with my little girl. Has anyone else had this or can advise anything? I feel so guilty and bad for having these feelings but I feel like I’m about to collapse 😅

She does go to nursery and my parents are hands on, but they have their own issue to, so can’t help 100%. For example mum took me off her to bathe and feed her but my time off was helping my 85yr old dad. I had no rest, I also worked a full day of work. Plus it was my birthday 😂😅

I just feel like I’m going to break 😅

Blimey, that's alot! I have no words of wisdom but it sounds to me like you're doing an amazing job. It's absolutely fine to regret our choices sometimes but your love for her will see you through. Perhaps voice to your parents that you could do with a bit of child free time where you can just go a veg out, r&r etc?
