Genital warts in pregnancy

Hi I am pregnant I have genital warts it’s growing very quickly I really worried it’s spread from my partner before pregnancy I had Pap smear it’s was clear and hpv was negative but now In pregnancy I have hpv warts I am very depressed I went to sexual health department the doctor use spray for my warts but it’s isn’t work I use two time and I will do more appointments And for my partner the doctor give him liquid it’s gone two of warts but it’s grow again I want to know does your warts gone after pregnancy ? If how long take to gone ? Does it’s happen again to you ? And did you have virginal birth or c section? How was the baby health after pregnancy? Sorry for so many questions please please please answer to my questions I am very worried
