Flask and nuby rapid cool x

I use ready made formula when we go out and take a flask of hot water and a beaker to sit the bottle in to warm up slightly

Depends where I’m going. Most pubs/cafe’s etc will give you water

You will need Hot water flask Cool water Formula Bottles They have these formula pots on Amazon where you can put the amount of scoops in them at home so when your outside you just add the pot to your bottle instead of scooping out of a large formula pots. I highly recommend them they have been a life saver.

Use the flask water to mix your formula then add in your cool water. Bottle is ready to feed ✅

I usually have one bottle with boiled water ready to cool, my formula tub with 4 measured compartments & 2 or three sterilised bottles in the nappy bag. We did use the rapid cool for a while but I just ask for cold water now and most places are good about it

Flask and nuby rapid cool. It’s about £50 but it’s amazing for convenience and making a safe bottle. We use a better flask than the one it’s comes with though as it doesn’t keep it hot enough for long x

Also formula pots are like £2 or £3 in asda/tesco and can fit upto 8 scoops in my mine and it’s got 3 compartments x

I will make a hot bottle before we leave the house and then take a flask and extra formula with an empty bottle. You can buy the rapid cools as I hear they’re great but if you’re looking for something that doesn’t cost than the above is the good option as you can always get a cup or bottle of water to cool a bottle!:) Ready made bottles are also great but if you log is like mine and won’t drink a cold bottle then you will need to get hold of hot water when out and about!:)
