If I take him to court then I have to put him on the birth certificate correct ?
The court will determine that
if you’re in the UK they still pay child support even if they aren’t on the BC, the only way he can get out of it is if he does a DNA test to confirm he’s not the father which he’d have to pay for himself, depends where you are x
@anayah in most states in the USA it’s the opposite, if he’s not on the birth certificate you will have to take him to court and they will do DNA test to determine if he’s the father or not since he hasn’t legally recognized so
@anayah yes I am in the uk, and no he’s 💯 the dad, we both don’t doubt about it, just our relationship didn’t work out, and I have given him a year to prove himself to be a better father and I will give his daughter his name , alas we had a big argument again today and In the future I wouldn’t want to take his money, so he doesn’t turn around and say i supported you and you still didn’t keep your word.

if you want to put him on child support you can fill this in, he doesn’t need to be on the bc in the uk, if he refuses to pay he needs to do a DNA test to prove he isn’t the father. until then he needs to pay from the date you applied so if you fill it in today he pays from todays date regardless of how long the application takes or how long he delays it x

@anayah i really don’t want to put him on the BC he’s not on there yet and he’s already adding his 2 cents and he doesn’t even help he just like to yap 😅 imagine I put him on I will have to ask him for permission and involve him and he’s a very petty man he can say no

Nope, if he’s not in the birth certificate that means he’s not legally the father of the child. So he has no obligation to that child. You might have to take him to court and order what’s called filiation by the court where they will determine if he’s the father ect
